USAID-Dakar invites proposals in relation to two programs for agriculture in Senegal.  One program focuses on agricultural development; the second supports capacity building for agricultural education and research.  Eligibility extends to U.S. and non-U.S. institutions, especially from Senegal, in partnerships.   Funding Opportunity Numbers USAID-SENEGAL-RFA-685-10-A-12 (development) and USAID-SENEGAL-RFA-685-10-A-07 (capacity building).  Closing dates are 12 July 2010 (capacity building) and 22 July (development).  Link below for the opportunity on "development."
